Our initial meeting is important for me to learn your goals. Seeing your property before I complete a CMA is important. Most people have seen the multitude of online price estimators such as Zillow's Zestimate. Take those with a grain of salt. Those estimators generally can't see your updated kitchen or if have the most fabulous view. For that reason, I go beyond surface level statistics.
